The TES-SAN Compaction Table is engineered for the reliable and precise compaction of foundry molds. Designed to suit various mold sizes, the table is powered by inverter-controlled vibro motors and offers both automatic and manual operation.
Working Principle:
The mold is rolled into position with the help of rollers on the table. The operator presses the start button before the compaction operation begins. Bellows are inflated with air, keeping the mold on the rollers, and the vibrators operate for the duration set on the timer inside the enclosure. After the vibrators stop, the bellows discharge the air and lower the mold onto the roller conveyor surface.
